im just ask about the 4d lottto if why the 3 numbers from the start that the are not a winner,if u think that u r a winner in exact number which is the 4d,but if 3 numbers will win but it start from the last number,why and how do u say so?is that exact number from the the end?so if we gonna win,so we need to start in the last number?hahahaa is this a funny??or joke???????????
