I won 4 numbers in the 6/45 lotto last July 22,2013. I was expecting the P1,500 prize but when I surrendered the ticket in the lotto outlet (Galicia & Loyola Sts.) where I always place my bet, i was given only P750 half the prize that I should win.The man manning the outlet said the P750 was based on the their sales on that day.How true is this? So I should have gone to any SM lotto outlets to get my prize because surely SM sales are high and I would get P1,500. Puede ko pa bang bawiin ang ticket ko after the day I surrendered my ticket to this Loyola outlet?Confusing ang bagong policy ng PCSO sa lotto consolation prizes.
