The only reason I can think of why they increased the price of the 6/49 lotto ticket from Php10 to Php20 is not to meet the ever increasing demand for charity but to meet the ever increasing GREED of lotto officials. Why wait a month to ‘harvest’ a lotto prize when you can do it for half the time by simply doubling lotto ticket cost.
