PCSO warns the public against Lotto scams. Every before live draws they post warning messages about those issues. Messages are something like these:

So guys beware of those scams, much better for us to be aware and alert than victimize by those scammers. Watch out!

IT SEEMS 6/55 DRAW IS BEING WON SO EASILY. IMAGINE ONLY AFTER 3 DRAWS AGAIN IT WAS DECLARED THERE WAS AGAIN A WINNER OF 45M JACKPOT. THIS, WE PRESUME IS PCSO’S STRATEGY SO AS NOT TO MAKE THE POT MONEY TOO BIG. WE KNOW YOU ARE DOING THIS KIND OF GIMMICK BUT PLS DO NOT THINK THAT WE BETTORS ARE ALL STUPID NOT TO NOTICE IT. WE’LL WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ANYWAY….BUT PLS DO IT IN SUCH A WAY IT WILL NOT BE OBVIOUS.
